I was reading the responses to this place and I am amazed on the comments. First, if you are having trouble with time during your visit how about you visit at an earlier time or call in and ask. Second, scope out the customers' haircuts when visiting to decide who you want your cut from. Finally, this place has an awesome staff always judging a book by its cover is not going to get you far in life. "Maybe if you spark up a conversation it would go smooth and you would get what you want for a cut, why does the barber have to spark the conversation"? Awesome place / staff ~ Enough said! ~Drops Mic~ Went in a couple days ago to get my hair cut. The staff was friendly. My hair turned out fine, but my bangs weren't even close; I showed pictures of what I wanted and it looked like my bangs weren't even touched. I went in the next day and saw someone new and showed them the same pictures. They chopped off my bangs too short - not even close. Luckily my goal was to get my bangs out of my face. I'm better off doing my own bangs next time. Styling my bangs is easy for me. Worst experience I've ever had getting a hair cut. I'm 25 years old and this is literally the first review I've ever written In my life. I wanted to mention something while I was still in the salon but I don't like making a scene and they were packed. The woman who cut my hair was cold, mumbled, was short with me, never smiled, rushed the cut, and assumed I wanted the haircut I had on file from my last visit over 5 months ago. She just started buzzing my hair off and I was turned away from the mirror the whole time so I didn't know what was happening. I'm shy so I have a hard time speaking up. By the time she turned me around it was too late, I had no hair left on the sides and at that point I figured I'd just let her finish so I could get the hell out of there. Absolutely furious! I get its busy and she said it had been non stop all day but this is your job! You can force a smile, you can take an extra second to make sure we understand each other and that you know what I want. I'm in the service industry, I get it, but I know what I need to do for my customers so they are happy. Never coming back here again. I've had a few bad haircuts here, but anytime I had a bad haircut I just came back and told them it looked bad and they were more than happy to have someone fix it up. If you really want a good haircut, ask for Rebecca, she's super friendly and does a great job Hit or miss, sometimes we get a good hair cut and sometimes ok. It what you expect from a place like this. I usually get someone different each time.
